At Have Socks, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy, giving you 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To Be Eligible for a Return
To qualify, your item must be:

In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

Accompanied by your order number and photos of the item(s) you’d like to return.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Custom orders or personalized items
❌ Personal care goods (e.g., underwear, hygiene-related socks)
❌ Sale items, gift cards, or anything purchased using a discount code
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Email us at info@havesocks.com
Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s).
Step 2: Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:
✅ The return address
✅ Simple instructions for sending it back
Note: Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll notify you if your refund is approved

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
💳 Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.
